Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
  

Prepare the cauliflower

  • Wash cauliflower well. Cut into medium florets. Pat dry with a towel completely.

Season the florets

  • Place cauliflower in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

Mix well

  • Toss everything until each floret is well coated with oil and spices.

Preheat air fryer

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes for better crisping.

Load the basket

  • Place cauliflower in air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Leave space for air flow.

Start cooking

  • Cook for 8 minutes. Shake basket halfway for even cooking.

Continue roasting

  • Cook another 6–7 minutes until cauliflower turns golden and crispy.

Add parmesan

  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese during last 2 minutes if using. Let it melt gently.

Check doneness

  • Test one piece. It should be crispy outside and soft inside.

Serve hot

  • Transfer to a bowl. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm and fresh.

  • Cut florets same size for even cooking.
  • Use smoked paprika for deeper flavor.
  • Add lemon zest for fresh taste.
