  • 2 tablespoons blue sports drink powder or blue Gatorade syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix Water and Blue Powder

  • Pour 1 cup of water into a small pitcher. Add 2 tablespoons of blue sports drink powder. Stir until dissolved.
