Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded hash browns
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon milk optional for eggs

Instructions
  

Cook the bacon

  • Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces. Keep bacon fat for extra flavor.

Cook the hash browns

  • In the same pan, cook hash browns until golden and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

Scramble the eggs

Prepare tortilla base
