Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 green chili optional
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt optional, for creamy version

Instructions
  

Prepare herbs

  • Wash cilantro and mint leaves well. Remove thick stems.

Add to blender

  • Place herbs, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil into a blender.

Add seasoning

  • Add salt, pepper, cumin and green chili if using.

Blend smoothly

  • Blend until smooth. Add a little water if needed for consistency.

Add yogurt
