Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For Serving

  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh parsley
  • Melted butter optional

Instructions
  

Prepare shrimp

  • Clean and pat the shrimp dry.

Make marinade

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Marinate shrimp

  • Coat shrimp in marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Prepare grill

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp

  • Place shrimp onto skewers for easier grilling.

Grill shrimp

  • Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.

Add garnish

  • Remove shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and melted butter.
