Instructions
  

Cook pancetta

  • Heat a skillet and cook pancetta until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.

Cook shallots

  • In the same pan, add olive oil and cook shallots until soft and slightly golden.

Add peas

Add butter

Combine pancetta

  • Return pancetta to the pan and mix well.
