  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
  

Prepare spice rub

  • Mix black pepper, coriander, paprika, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder and brown sugar.

Prepare beef

  • Rinse corned beef and pat dry with paper towels.
