Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional for extra tang

Instructions
  

Prepare Vegetables

  • Shred the cabbage and carrots. Use a knife, grater or food processor to get fine, even pieces.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and optional lemon juice until smooth.

Combine Vegetables and Dressing
