  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
  

Preheat the oven

  • Preheat oven to 200°C. This helps meatballs cook evenly and get a nice golden color on the outside.

Prepare the mixture

  • In a large bowl, add ground chicken, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic and all herbs and spices.

Mix gently

Shape the meatballs

  • Roll mixture into small balls. Keep them evenly sized so they cook at the same speed.

Arrange on tray
