Instructions
  

Prepare the salmon

  • Wash the salmon gently. Pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides evenly.

Heat the pan

  • Place a large pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. Let the butter melt fully.

Cook the garlic

  • Add minced garlic to the pan. Stir gently for one minute until fragrant, not burnt.

Add the onion
