Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice or apple cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Caramel drizzle optional

Instructions

Make Apple Pie Syrup

  • Pour apple juice into a small saucepan. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat gently. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Add Vanilla

  • Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Let the syrup cool for a few minutes. This keeps flavors strong.

Prepare Glasses

  • Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Make sure glasses are large enough for soda and cream.

Pour Syrup

  • Add 2–3 tablespoons of the apple pie syrup into each glass. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Add Club Soda

  • Slowly pour sparkling water or club soda into each glass. Stir gently to mix flavors.

Add Cream

  • Pour heavy cream or half-and-half on top. This makes the soda creamy and “dirty.”

Optional Toppings

  • Add whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon or caramel drizzle for extra flavor. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh apple cider for a stronger apple flavor.
  • Try ginger ale instead of club soda for a spicy twist.
  • Add caramel syrup to make it extra dessert-like.
  • Use dairy-free cream for a vegan version.
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer for a colder drink.
