  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
  

Prepare the Tomatoes

  • Wash and chop fresh tomatoes. If using canned, drain excess liquid. Keep aside.

Cook Onion and Garlic

  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant.

Add Tomatoes

  • Add chopped or canned tomatoes. Stir well and cook for 10–15 minutes until soft.

Add Broth

  • Pour in vegetable or chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer. Let flavors combine for 5–10 minutes.

Blend the Soup
