  • 1 cup sugar granulated or brown sugar
  • 1 large egg

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and egg. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

Shape the Cookies

  • Take small portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
