Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 –2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 –2 teaspoons hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for extra heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 –2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro optional

Instructions
  

Combine Yogurt and Lime

  • In a small bowl, add Greek yogurt and lime juice. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Add Garlic

  • Mix in minced garlic. Make sure it is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.

Add Spices

  • Add smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Stir until fully combined.

Add Hot Sauce

  • Pour hot sauce into bowl. Mix well. Taste and adjust spice level if needed.

Add Cilantro

  • Fold in fresh chopped cilantro for extra flavor and freshness if desired.

Chill Sauce

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15–20 minutes. This allows flavors to blend and intensify.

Serve with Fish Tacos

  • Drizzle sauce over grilled or fried fish tacos. Add extra toppings like cabbage or avocado if desired.
