Instructions
  

Prepare the Chicken

  • Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Cover with plastic wrap and gently pound until evenly thin.

Season the Chicken

  • Season both sides of the flattened chicken with salt and black pepper. Do not over-season.

Add the Filling

  • Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each chicken breast, keeping edges clean.

Roll the Chicken

  • Carefully roll the chicken tightly around the filling. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
