Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine noodles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese optional
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
  

Cook the Noodles

  • Boil spaghetti or linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Melt Butter

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Add Garlic

  • Add minced garlic to butter. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Add Sauces

  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to skillet. Stir to combine with garlic butter.

Season with Pepper

  • Add black pepper. Stir well to evenly distribute flavor in the sauce.

Toss Noodles

  • Add cooked noodles to skillet. Toss thoroughly to coat noodles in garlic butter sauce.

Add Parmesan

  • Sprinkle grated parmesan over noodles. Toss again for creamy, cheesy flavor.

Add Green Onions

  • Add chopped green onions. Stir lightly to mix evenly and add freshness.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste noodles. Adjust soy sauce, sugar or pepper if needed for desired flavor.

Serve Immediately

  • Serve hot as a side dish or main course. Garnish with extra parmesan or green onions if desired.
