Instructions
  

Boil the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Reserve Pasta Water

  • Before draining, save half a cup of pasta water. This will help make the sauce creamy and stick to the noodles.

Heat Olive Oil

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.

Cook the Tomatoes

  • Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for three to four minutes until tomatoes soften and release their juices.

Garnish and Serve
