Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • ½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips optional

Instructions
  

Preheat the oven

  • Set oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mash bananas

  • Mash ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth with no large chunks.

Cream butter and sugar

  • In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla

  • Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

Combine banana mixture

  • Add mashed bananas and mix until well combined.

Mix dry ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Combine mixtures
