Heat the Broth

  • Pour chicken broth into a pot. Heat over medium flame until it starts to simmer gently. Do not let it boil strongly.

Prepare Cornstarch Mixture

  • In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water. Stir well until smooth. This will help thicken the soup nicely.
