Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • ½ cup dried fruits raisins or cranberries
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
  

Preheat oven

  • Set oven to 180°C and line a baking pan.

Mix wet ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix honey, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients

  • Stir in oats, nuts, dried fruits and salt.

Combine well

  • Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Press mixture

  • Transfer mixture to pan and press firmly.

Bake

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

Cool completely

  • Let cool fully before cutting into bars.

Slice and serve

  • Cut into bars and enjoy.

Notes

  • Press mixture very firmly
  • Use quick oats for softer texture
  • Add chocolate chips for sweetness
  • Use coconut flakes for flavor
  • Do not overbake
