  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
  

Prepare the salmon

  • Pat salmon dry with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Keep it ready for cooking.

Sear the salmon

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook salmon for 3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside gently.

Cook onion and garlic

  • In the same pan, add butter. Cook onion and garlic until soft and fragrant, stirring slowly.

Add orzo pasta

  • Add orzo to the pan. Stir well so it absorbs butter and garlic flavor evenly for rich taste.

Pour broth

  • Add chicken or vegetable broth slowly. Stir and bring to a light boil for creamy texture.

Simmer orzo

Return salmon
