  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ cup cream optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the ingredients

  • Peel and chop sweet potatoes and apples into small pieces. Chop onion finely for even cooking.

Cook the onion

  • Heat olive oil in a pot. Add chopped onion and cook until soft and slightly golden.
