For Spicy Cajun Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder

Instructions
  

Cut the Chicken

  • Cut chicken into small, even cubes. This helps them cook fast and evenly.

Season the Chicken

  • Add salt, pepper, paprika and chili flakes. Mix well to coat all pieces.

Heat the Pan

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until hot.

Cook the Chicken

  • Add chicken to pan. Cook until golden and fully cooked inside.

Add Garlic

  • Add minced garlic. Stir and cook until fragrant and soft.

Add Maple Sauce

  • Pour in maple syrup and soy sauce. Stir well and glaze chicken evenly.
