Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rotini pasta

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
  

Cook the Pasta

  • Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside while preparing sauce.

Cook the Beef

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned.

Sauté Onion and Garlic
