Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra coconut for coating

Instructions

Prepare Mango Puree

  • Blend fresh mango until smooth. If already pureed, make sure it has no lumps for a smooth mixture.

Mix Base Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine mango puree, crushed biscuits, coconut, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until thick dough forms.

Adjust Texture

  • If mixture is too soft, add more biscuit crumbs. If too dry, add a little mango puree.

Chill the Mixture

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. This helps the mixture firm up for easy shaping.

Shape the Truffles

  • Take small portions and roll into balls using your hands. Keep size even for a nice presentation.

Coat with Coconut

  • Roll each truffle in desiccated coconut. This adds texture and makes them look attractive.

Set the Truffles

  • Place truffles on a tray lined with parchment paper. Chill again for 15 minutes to set properly.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy these soft and fruity mango truffles.

Notes

  • Use ripe mango for best flavor
  • Add white chocolate for richer taste
  • Use graham crackers instead of biscuits
  • Add nuts for crunch
  • Use cocoa powder for variation
  • Chill well before serving
  • Keep truffles small and even
  • Store in airtight container
