Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
  

Activate Yeast

  • In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Make Dough

  • Add mayonnaise, salt and flour. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead Dough

  • Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise

  • Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.

Shape Rolls

  • Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls. Place in a baking dish.

Second Rise

  • Cover and let rise again for 20–30 minutes.

Bake Rolls

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

Brush with Butter

  • Brush tops with melted butter for extra flavor.

Serve

  • Serve warm and enjoy soft, fluffy rolls.
