Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup crab meat real or imitation
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying or brushing

Instructions
  

Prepare Filling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper and soy sauce until smooth.

Lay Wrappers

  • Place wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Keep them covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.

Add Filling

  • Place one teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper.

Seal Edges

  • Brush edges with water. Fold and seal tightly to form small balls or parcels.

Heat Oil

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat or preheat oven or air fryer if baking.

Fry or Bake

  • Fry bombs until golden brown or bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until crispy.

Turn for Even Cooking

  • Flip them during cooking to ensure even color and crispiness on all sides.

Drain Excess Oil

  • Remove and place on paper towels to absorb extra oil if fried.

Cool Slightly

  • Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
