  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
  

Cook the rice

  • Prepare white rice according to package instructions and keep it warm.

Season the chicken

  • Mix chicken with oil, spices, salt, pepper and lime juice.

Cook the chicken

Prepare corn

  • In another pan, melt butter and cook corn until slightly charred.
