Ingredients
  

  • 150 g chicken breast thin slices
  • 150 g beef thin slices
  • 150 g shrimp peeled and cleaned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
  

Prepare the Meat

  • Slice chicken and beef thinly. Place in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and cornstarch. Mix well.

Prepare the Shrimp

  • Clean shrimp well. Remove veins. Pat dry with paper towels.

Cut the Vegetables

  • Wash vegetables. Slice evenly. Keep them ready near the stove.

Make the Sauce

  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Heat the Pan

  • Heat wok on high flame. Add vegetable oil. Let oil get hot.

Cook the Chicken

  • Add chicken slices. Stir fry fast until cooked. Remove and place on plate.

Cook the Beef

  • Add beef slices. Stir fry quickly. Remove and place with chicken.

Cook the Shrimp

  • Add shrimp. Cook until pink and firm. Remove and place with meat.

Sauté Garlic and Ginger

  • Add garlic and ginger to pan. Stir for few seconds until fragrant.

Cook Vegetables

  • Add vegetables. Stir fry until tender but still crisp.

Combine Everything

  • Return chicken, beef and shrimp to pan. Mix gently.

Add Sauce

  • Pour sauce into pan. Stir well until thick and glossy.

Final Taste Check

  • Taste sauce. Add salt or pepper if needed.

Serve Hot

  • Turn off heat. Serve fresh and hot.
