Instructions
  

Preheat oven

  • Set oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Cream butter and sugar

  • Beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla
